About FOTSS
Running a Sea Scout program requires equipment that is safe and in good repair. FOTSS was founded, in 2002, by a group of Sea Scout leaders so Texas ships can continue to run a quality program by providing financial assistance for boat maintenance.
FOTSS also supports training and regional/national events for Texas Sea Scouts.
FOTSS provides scholarship assistance for Sea Scouts and adult leaders.
